Welcome
“My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.
John 17 vv 20-21

THINKTANK EXTRA: NATIONAL EMERGENCY BRIEFING
On Wednesday 21 October from 7.30 - 9pm Christ Church Lewes will be showing a video of the National Emergency Briefing (NEB). This is a public information programme designed to communicate the latest evidence on the climate and nature crisis in the UK. It was first held on 27 November 2025 at Westminster Central Hall, where over 1,200 politicians, business leaders, and civic figures attended. The event was chaired by Professor Mike Berners-Lee and opened by broadcaster Chris Packham, featuring eight leading experts who presented high-level, unfiltered briefings on threats to food supply, health, national security, and the economy while outlining potential solutions.
Following the video there will be time for discussion. All welcome - no charge.
